Since 1953 Greiner-Maltz has been engaged exclusively in the leasing, selling, appraising, and managing of industrial, commercial, retail, office, development, and investment property in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, New Jersey, Westchester, and Connecticut.
