Lawrence Reiff has been specializing in Industrial and Commercial Real Estate in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Metropolitan area for over 21 years. He has worked at Greiner-Maltz for the past 19 years.

Throughout his career, Mr. Reiff has transacted over 50,000,000-sq. ft. of space and has worked directly with major developers, mortgage lending institutions, syndication groups and governmental agencies. Some of his past client transactions include Gothic Cabinet Craft, Verizon Corporation, Pepsi Cola, Hertz and the Phoenix House Foundation.

Mr. Reiff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and currently lives in Long Island.
