Bernard Strauss has been specializing in Industrial and Commercial Real Estate in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Metropolitan area for over 10 years. Before that he worked as an attorney in the construction industry.

Some of his past clients include Costykian Carpet Restoration Company, Haifa Marble & Stone Contractors and Tel-A-Car Limousine Service. Mr. Strauss is also credited with procuring a 20,000-sq. ft. office headquarters for Jet Blue.

Mr. Strauss currently resides in Jamaica Estates, NY and holds degrees from New York University in both Civil Engineering (BCE) and law (LLB).
