Two Tower Center in East Brunswick Filling Up Briskly with Renewals, Expansions

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ—Two Tower Center, the iconic office tower visible from the New Jersey Turnpike for miles approaching Exit 9, is rapidly nearing full occupancy. CBRE Group recently closed on three leases, totaling 164,000 square feet at the 23-story, 405,000-square-foot class-A office property.

The CBRE team of executive vice president Joseph J. Sarno and senior vice presidents Doug Petrozzini and Jonathan Meisel represented building ownership in the following transactions:

  • WIPRO, a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company, signed a long-term lease agreement, doubling the company’s space at Two Tower Center to 50,000 square feet;
  • Christian Dior, a global luxury goods company, signed a new, long-term lease for the entire 19th floor of the building;
  • PNC, a financial services corporation, renewed its commitment to the building by signing a long-term renewal for its 89,000-square-foot space.

The property provides easy access to Routes 1 & 18. The building is a part of a three-building complex, which includes another office tower and a 12-story, 405-room Hilton Hotel.

The building’s occupancy level is more than 90 percent, and its tenant roster includes McCarter & English, NYK Line NA, ACI Worldwide and CBRE’s Central New Jersey office. Amenities include a full-service cafeteria, 24-hour security, on-site building management, a destination-based elevator system and a seven-story, covered parking garage connected to the NJ Transit’s Tower Center Park and Ride. Adjoined via protected walkways, the adjacent Hilton offers additional amenities: two restaurants, and Starbucks.
