PARAMUS, NJ—The transformation of a former industrial property here into a mixed-use complex is now complete, with the signing of Humdingers, a one-stop entertainment facility. Pagano Co. arranged the 33,000-square-foot lease at 64 East Midland Ave., bringing the multi-tenanted property to 100% occupancy.
“This transformation of space usage is amazing,” says Pagano Co.’s Nikki Pagano. “Humdingers is a great addition to the landscape of Paramus’ long history of community oriented entertainment for families and friends.” The facility includes batting cages, bowling alleys, arcade games and a café.
Humdingers recently had its grand opening at 64 East Midland, located near Route 17 North. Other tenants at 64 East Midland, formerly a warehouse, include Berkeley College, Marson Medical Inc., Regional Communications Inc. and Bergen County 193 Service.
