VINELAND, NJ—Plastic Express, which provides custom‐tailored and logistical solutions for customers serving the bulk trucking, bulk terminal, packaging and warehousing needs of the plastic industry, has acquired 301 North 4th Street in Vineland, NJ.

Plastic Express bought the 43,750-square-foot industrial building from The Welfont Group. NAI Mertz’s Roy Kardon, SIOR, vice president, and John Brown, broker associate, were the sole brokers, representing both the buyer and the seller.

“We are pleased to have completed this transaction in just 20 short days—from inception to closing—on behalf of our clients,” says Kardon. “Logistics businesses are significantly driving the industrial sector in southern New Jersey, and this building sale is a testament to this growing trend.”

“The new owner will utilize this building for extra storage space for its expanding business, and because of its reasonable price and great location, it was a win-win transaction for both the buyer and the seller,” says Brown.

301 North 4th Street offers both industrial and office space, and includes a 29,000 fenced-in and paved yard area, 18-foot clear ceiling heights, six tailgate doors, and one drive-in door.
